Systems Workers Wanted

A systems thinking and practice publication

Attention rooted in the reality of systems. Systems thinking made visible. Practice made tangible. The writing is not commentary — it is the work itself. Published on Substack.

About the Publication

Systems Workers Wanted is the publication that carries the framework set out in Emergent Systems Thinking and Authentic Practice with Right Attention into the contexts where systems work happens.
Teams. Organisations. Leadership groups. Conversations that loop. Decisions that keep producing the same outcome. The gap between what the system claims to produce and what it actually produces.
Every post examines a real dilemma — a wicked problem, a stuck team, an organisational pattern that resists standard approaches — by attending to what the system is actually producing. Not interpretation. Not framework. What is real, and what to do with it.
The thinking is on show. The practice is in print.

System Intelligence @ Work

Systems are intelligent. Not metaphorically — structurally. They self-organise, adapt, and produce outcomes that no single part intended or controls. This section shows that intelligence at work across organisations, teams, relationships, and beyond. Not courses. The lens applied to territory.
