Emergent Enterprise Partners

The Consulting & Training Platform for Systems Practice

Emergent Enterprise is where the practice lives — in rooms with real teams, and in the practitioners we train to hold those rooms. The Canvas, the Attune, the Work, the practitioner training, and the published methodology. All of it lives here.

Where the Practice Lives

Emergent Enterprise is the consulting and training platform for the practices set out in Emergent Systems Thinking and Authentic Practice with Right Attention — the Primer by Victor Nuñez.
The platform carries four offers, each serving a different depth of engagement:
The Living Enterprise Canvas — ninety minutes, three teams, one online room. Each team maps its own system. The cross-team contrast does work that no single team can do for itself. Available as Open Canvas (monthly public sittings) or as a private Canvas for your organisation.
Practitioner Training — three modules taken in sequence. Canvas, Attune, Work. Forty-eight CCE hours across the full pathway. Leads to certification as a Living Enterprise Practitioner. Licensed practice.
The Full Practice Arc — a six-to-eight-week consulting engagement. Canvas, Attune, Work held in sequence with one system. The system encounters its own design and names what needs to change.
Reading the System — a two-day in-house literacy program for teams. Not practitioner training. Not a workshop in tools. The lens itself, distributed across the people a leader works with.

Everything Stands on Published Work

The Primer

Emergent Systems Thinking and Authentic Practice with Right Attention. The full architecture: nine core tenets, ten principles of authentic practice, the RAW Systems Work Model®.

The Field Guide

Systems Workers Wanted. Fifteen posts across three movements. The methodology extended from the Primer into enterprise work.

Phronesis

The AI companion. The book as conversation. Engage with the methodology through dialogue.

The Living Enterprise Canvas

A surface for seeing your enterprise whole. Nine zones across three properties of living systems — Openness, Cohesion, Energy. Each person maps independently. The maps diverge. The divergence is the data.
The Canvas is most useful when a system senses a gap between what it intends and what it produces — and is ready to look at that honestly.
Open Canvas runs monthly, with two sittings: APAC on the second Tuesday, EMEA/Americas on the second Thursday. Each sitting holds three teams. Private Canvas sessions are booked by arrangement for individual organisations.

Practitioner Training

Three applied disciplines. Each module develops the practitioner's capacity to hold a different depth of systems work.
Module 01 — The Living Enterprise Canvas. Foundation (8 hours, one day), fieldwork (4 hours, self-directed), integration (4 hours, half-day). The practitioner learns to hold the mirror — observation, not interpretation.
Module 02 — The Living Enterprise Attune. The five-movement practice of collective attending. The practitioner develops the capacity to create the conditions for a group to hear its own system. Prerequisite: Canvas.
Module 03 — The Living Enterprise Work. The five conditions must be held simultaneously: position, restraint, responsiveness, reflection, information flow. By application. Prerequisites: Canvas and Attune.
Sixteen CCE hours per module. Forty-eight hours across the full pathway. Accreditation underway.

The Full Practice Arc

For systems ready to go deeper. A six-to-eight-week consulting engagement with one practitioner and one system.
CanvasAttuneWork. Held in sequence. The pace is set by the system, not by the calendar.
Not a transformation programme. Not a diagnostic that ends with recommendations. The system encounters its own design and names what in its structure is preventing the whole from functioning toward its goal. What it does with that seeing is its own decision.

Reading the System

Two days that build the lens your team is missing.
Most leaders working with systems thinking are the only person in their organisation using the framing. They see parts and functions where their team sees personalities. They see relationships where their team sees problems. The translation is exhausting.
Reading the System is the in-house program that distributes the lens — not as training, but as shared literacy across the people the leader works with. Two consecutive days, in person, for the leader's team or department. The leader is present throughout. Their presence is part of the curriculum.
Offered through partnership arrangement.
